A: No, we select our products from a variety of lenders to find the best product for our clients.
Q: What if my credit is less than perfect?
A: We serve many clients with previos credit issues. We work diligently with our lenders to find products that suit all of our clients' needs.
Q: What are your current rates?
A: We can't give current rates as different rates apply to different situations such as credit, lock term, prepayment penalty type, and several other factors. Giving rate amounts up front without knowing a client's situation is a tactic to lure unsuspecting prospects then raising the rate at closing. We work to find the best rate based on each client's specific needs. Rate sheets can be found all over the place if you want to know current trends.
